I had my 5 year old daughters ears pierced yesterday. Robert was great with her. He explained every step of the process along the way. Pierced her ears gently and quickly. He prepared 2 ear piercing guns before starting so he could quickly do them one after the other. My daughter also got to pick her studs at the start. She also got a certificate for being brave once she was finished. Robert also provided a solution to keep her piercing clean and informed us we can call him if we have any concerns.
